Certified Civil Appellate Law specialists have handled many aspects of matters in the appellate courts of the state. They are knowledgeable of the rules that govern appeals of civil cases and have prepared briefs and performed oral argument in those appeals.

Following a civil judgment, Ms. Bruman handles both debt collection on judgments and appeals. In her appellate work, she expands the matters she handles to include any area of civil law, including, as examples, family law and personal injury. Her appellate practice includes ordinary appeals as well as restricted appeals, original proceedings, equitable bills of review, and petitions for discretionary review. Ms. Bruman also handles federal appeals.
